Travia Inovasi is an Indonesian technology company providing custom software development, enterprise SaaS platforms, and IT consulting for businesses and government institutions.
Which industries do you serve?
We work primarily with healthcare providers, financial institutions and SMBs, government agencies, and education institutions. Our team also takes on projects in other sectors when the requirements fit our expertise.
Do you work with clients outside Indonesia?
Yes. While most of our clients are based in Indonesia, we collaborate remotely with international clients and can adjust working hours for key meetings.
Projects & Process
How does a typical project start?
It starts with a free consultation to understand your goals. We then run a discovery phase, send a proposal with scope, timeline, and cost, and begin development once the agreement is signed and the down payment is received.
How long does it take to build a custom application?
It depends on complexity. A focused MVP usually takes 6–12 weeks, while enterprise-scale systems with multiple integrations can take 4–9 months. You will receive a detailed timeline in our proposal.
Will we own the source code?
Yes. For custom development projects, full ownership of the source code and intellectual property is transferred to you upon full payment, as described in our Terms and Conditions.
Can you continue or improve an existing system built by another vendor?
Yes. We start with a technical audit of the existing codebase and infrastructure, then recommend whether to improve, refactor, or rebuild based on risk and cost.
Pricing & Payment
How much does a project cost?
Pricing is based on scope, complexity, and timeline. We offer fixed-price projects for well-defined scopes and time-and-materials engagements for evolving requirements. Contact us for a free estimate.
What payment terms do you use?
Projects are typically paid in milestones, starting with a down payment. SaaS subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. All invoices are issued in IDR with applicable taxes.
Do you support government procurement processes?
Yes. We are experienced with B2G procurement requirements and can provide the company documents, technical proposals, and administrative documents needed for tenders and e-catalog processes.
What is your refund policy?
Refund eligibility depends on the service type and work progress. For example, down payments are fully refundable before project kickoff, and new SaaS subscriptions can be refunded within 14 days if not yet activated. See the Refund Policy section of our Terms and Conditions for details.
Support & Security
Do you provide support after launch?
Yes. Every custom project includes a warranty period for bug fixes. After that, we offer maintenance and support packages with defined response-time SLAs.
Where is our data hosted?
We can deploy to cloud providers with Indonesian data centers, your organization's private cloud, or on-premise infrastructure, depending on your compliance requirements.
How do you handle data security and privacy?
We apply DevSecOps practices, including access control, encryption, code review, and vulnerability testing, and we process personal data in line with Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (UU PDP).
